Anastassia Johnson is a strategic operations leader and founder who spent five years as the operational backbone of a global healthcare company, scaling it from 20 employees to 700+ in two years and 1,000+ in five.
Her story did not start there though. In 2013, Anastassia began her career as an Executive Assistant on Upwork, juggling multiple global clients across virtual and in-person roles and building multiple income streams simultaneously. That mindset, of always learning, always building, and never waiting for permission, never left her. In 2017, while working full time, she enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology because she understood that growth requires intentional investment in yourself. Then 2020 changed everything.
Hired in December 2020 as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO and Co-Founder at a global healthcare company, she was promoted to Chief EA within four months and to Senior Manager within eight, holding both titles simultaneously. Not because she campaigned for them, but because what she was building demanded recognition.
Over those five years, she built five departments from the ground up and completely overhauled a sixth: Talent Acquisition, Content Marketing, Executive Administration Support, Credentialing, and Biologics were built from scratch. Scheduling Operations was taken over and transformed. She built the workflows, wrote 15+ SOPs, hired the teams, and trained them to run each department independently. She implemented international payroll for 400+ contractors, partnered with C-suite executives on the company's most sensitive strategic decisions, and became the thread running through every critical system in the organization.
Her CEO called her the glue that keeps the company together. And she did all of this while completing her degree, navigating a global pandemic, becoming a mother, and taking four weeks of maternity leave before returning to the work she had built systems strong enough to sustain without her. That is not hustle. That is architecture.
The Story Behind Align Global
When the company closed in December 2025, Anastassia didn't slow down. She stepped fully into her own. Align Global Limited, incorporated in February 2026, is her strategic operations consultancy built to help ambitious organizations design the systems, departments, and infrastructure they need to scale without chaos. It is the firm she built from everything she proved she could do.
She is also co-founder and Managing Director of Finesse Mobile Detailer, a premium mobile car detailing service that accumulated 160+ five-star reviews in under 18 months of operation, and co-founder of Swift Solve Tech, a technology solutions company launched in January 2026. Anastassia operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, which is exactly where most organizations need the most help.
